4. Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days if you have completed less than 20% of a course and it does not match the description. We may request feedback to improve our content.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share login credentials or redistribute course content.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or access other users’ data.
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, text, and design elements are owned by NestEcho Workshop or its licensors. Limited personal, non-transferable license is granted for your learning.

We provide educational content “as is”. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Use ladders and tools responsibly and comply with local safety regulations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
